Marietta City Schools (MCS) podcasting service ("MCaSts") consists of news and information files (the "Podcast Content") that may be downloaded to your computer and/or transferred to your portable MP3 player. These Terms of Use govern your use of the MCaSts Podcast Service. The use of this Podcast Service is subject to the MCS Privacy Policy and Terms of Use which governs the use of MCS Web sites and content. Marietta City Schools reserves the right to cease offering any or all MCaSts Podcast Service at any time. As provided by the Terms of Use, Marietta City Schools assumes no liability for your activities in connection with the MCaSts Podcast Service or for your use of the MCaSts Podcast Service in connection with your Web site.
