Middle School Grab n' Go Breakfast Program Recognized
NFL Super Bowl Champion, Deuce McAllister To Visit
Breakfast event scheduled for Tuesday, January 17, 2012

Marietta, GA - NFL Super Bowl Champion, Deuce McAllister will visit Marietta Middle School (MMS) on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012, to recognize the school for its outstanding promotion and use of the Grab n' Go Breakfast program. During his visit, McAllister will serve breakfast as a member of the MMS school nutrition staff, and instruct physical education classes.

"McAllister's special appearance, along with representatives from the Southeast United Dairy Industry Association, is to congratulate MMS students on their outstanding participation in the Grab n' Go Breakfast campaign at Marietta City Schools (MCS)," said Cindy Kanarek Culver, MCS Director of School Nutrition. "He will also film a promotional video that will focus on the importance of breakfast programs throughout the southeast region, and talk to students about the importance of eating a healthy breakfast."

The Grab n' Go Breakfast campaign is geared towards placing healthy and nutritious breakfast foods in mobile units for students to 'grab' on the way to class. For more information about the Grab n' Go Breakfast campaign visit www.fueluptoplay60.com.
