2012 Best High SchoolsMarietta, GA - U.S.News & World Report's 2012 annual list of the best high schools in the country, named Marietta High School (MHS) one of the best high schools in the nation. Of the 21,776 public high schools examined by U.S. News, the magazine named MHS a silver medal winner.

"Marietta High School is ranked 1,611 nationally and 28th in Georgia out of 77 Georgia schools ranked," said Marietta City Schools Superintendent Dr. Emily Lembeck.
