MCAA Teachers Named
SMART Exemplary Educators
Three teachers selected for recognition

Marietta, GA - Three Marietta Center for Advanced Academics (MCAA) educators: Stormi Johnson, 3rd Grade Teacher, Susie Throop, 4th Grade Teacher, and Dacia Riles, 3rd Grade Teacher were recently named SMART Exemplary Educators, and are among only 150 teachers selected for the honor in North America each year.

The North American SMART Exemplary Educator program is open to K–12 teachers, technology coordinators and administrators in the United States and Canada who are committed to developing engaging content and sharing their expertise with other educators.

To become a SMART Exemplary Educator, educators must:

McCracken, Marietta City Schools Assistant Superintendent Curriculum and Instruction.
