The School Based Therapy Program provides students and families on-site access to high quality therapeutic services with licensed clinicians in our community.
Meet the Clinicians
Mildred Howard, PhD, LPC
Dr. Howard uses a number of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Specialties: faith-based counseling, working with adolescents.
Barry Frazier, MDIV, MA, LPC
Barry is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He specializes in working with male adolescents using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Expressive Therapy. He hosts The Fellowship group for young men at MHS where they explore Identity Development and Entrepreneurship.
Taitánna Moore, MS, NCC, LAPC
Ms. Moore is an Associate Professional Counselor who utilizes person-centered and narrative therapy. She specializes in relationship issues, stress management, anxiety, communication issues, depression, and life transitions.
Jamarri Rollocks, LPC, CAADC, CCTP, MATS
Ms. Rollocks’ modalities of therapy include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Intervention, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Ms. Rollocks specializes in substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, nutrition education, and family therapy.
Mercedes Mitchell, LAPC, NCC
Ms. Mitchell is an Associate Professional Counselor who utilizes client-centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.. She specializes in anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-love, Autism Spectrum Disorder, relationships, communication skills, and anger management.
Bethany Bell, LCSW
Ms. Bell provides services to students using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, solutions-focused, and client centered approaches. Her specialties are adolescent stressors, anger management, trauma, and addiction.
Ana Pinto, APC, PhD Candidate, CADCII, MA/MS
Ace Community Support Services, LLC
Ms. Pinto uses a person-centered approach when meeting with clients. Her modalities include motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. She specializes in trauma and addictions. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Ms. Pinto is a bilingual therapist.
Kaitlin Heidt, LMSW
Ms. Heidt is a proud graduate of Marietta High School and a former IB student. Her modalities include brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy. She specializes in adolescent and teen issues.

Jamilla Ferguson, Intern Therapist
Ms. Ferguson uses cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and supportive psychotherapy when working with students. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, adolescent and teen issues, body image, and conflict management.
