    Dr. Howard Counseling

    Dr. Howard uses a number of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

    Specialties: faith-based counseling, working with adolescents.

    Barry is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  He specializes in working with male adolescents using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Expressive Therapy. He hosts The Fellowship group for young men at MHS where they explore Identity Development and Entrepreneurship.

    Josephina is bilingual (English and Spanish). As a psychotherapist, her therapeutic process is simple, straight forward, gentle, and at times challenging. She uses a strengths-based approach as she believes everyone has the capability to heal from life’s challenges. She will assist you with managing overwhelming emotions, behaviors, and relational issues. Additionally, she will serve as a source of support as you regain your confidence and emotional well-being.
