Addressing The Board

Persons wishing to address the Board must give notice to the office of the Superintendent no later than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting at which time they will receive a document to be filled out and returned, either electronically or when they check in the night of the meeting.

The public comment session shall not exceed twenty (20) minutes. Speakers will be given two (2) minutes to speak before the Board Up to ten (10) persons may speak to the Board, with slots to be given based on a first come, first served basis.
