The Georgia Charter System
Marietta City Schools (MCS) became one of Georgia’s first Charter Systems in June 2008. Learn more about the MCS Charter.
Because of our Charter, School Governance Teams (SGTs) were created to bring the community, teachers, and school administrators together to work with our Board of Education to develop and share ideas for school improvement. Learn more about SGTs at MCS.
