How to Register
Welcome to Marietta City Schools. You can register your student using our online system, Aspen Student Registration (formerly Registration Gateway).
Registering New Students on Aspen
If you are new to Marietta City Schools, you need to create an Aspen account first.
- Click Aspen Student Registration to create your account.
- If you have trouble creating your account, please contact aspenhelp@marietta-city.org
- If you had already started a new student registration in our previous Registration Gateway, you will receive an email with directions for your next steps.
- Once your account is created, log into Aspen and begin the registration process.
Registering Returning Students on Aspen
If you have an existing Aspen account, log in as you normally would and click "Initiate" under "Start a New Student Registration," then follow the prompts to complete the registration process. See image below for reference.

Bus Routes for K-12 Students
If you do not see a bus stop for your student to safely access, please fill out a Bus Stop Appeal Form (PDF, 352 KB) and return to your child’s school or directly to the Transportation Department by fax at (770) 429-3120 or by email to Louis Boestfleisch, Assistant Director of Transportation, at lboestfleisch@marietta-city.k12.ga.us.

MCS Course Progressions

Free and Reduced Meal Application
All MCS Households are encouraged to complete a Free & Reduced Meal Application.
If you choose to not complete an application or your application is processed as Full-Pay, you are responsible for providing your student(s) with money to purchase breakfast and/or lunch or provide them with a meal from home.
