Mr. Keynun Campbell will be the new Principal of Marietta Sixth Grade Academy (MSGA). Campbell was approved by the school board this afternoon.

A dedicated educator with a rich professional history, Mr. Campbell brings a wealth of experience to this role. A native of Tampa, Florida, Mr. Campbell began his career as a Hillsborough County high school special education teacher.

After relocating to Georgia, he served at Centennial High School in Roswell for nine years in various roles, including Assistant Principal. Before his appointment at MSGA, Mr. Campbell was the principal of two middle schools in Fulton County and Centennial High School.

"I am deeply honored and excited to join the MSGA family," said Mr. Campbell. "I believe in the transformative power of education and the potential of every student. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to inspire, guide, and make a difference in the lives of our students."

Mr. Campbell holds a graduate degree in Exceptional Student Education and a Specialist in Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. He is a strong advocate for the success of all students and upholds the principles of partnership, accountability, and collaboration.

Marietta City Schools is fortunate to have someone of Mr. Campbell's caliber and experience," said Superintendent Dr. Grant Rivera. "His dedication to serving students, parents, and communities aligns perfectly with our mission and vision. We are confident he will bring a fresh perspective and inspiring leadership to MSGA."
